How do I determine my correct size for Corral Boots?
Most of our boots run true to size, but since they are handcrafted from genuine leather, they may feel snug initially. We recommend checking the specific size guide on the product page, as some snip-toe styles may require sizing up by a half size for extra comfort.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather outsoles, as boots with visible wear cannot be accepted for return.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is handcrafted and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Are Corral Boots waterproof?
While our high-quality leathers offer some natural resistance, they are not waterproof unless specified. We recommend applying a leather protector spray and avoiding deep puddles to maintain the integrity of the exotic skins and embroidery.
Can I have my boots resoled?
Yes, our boots feature Goodyear Welt construction, which allows them to be easily resoled by a professional cobbler, extending the life of your investment for many years.
